After a solid finish to the regular season and SEC Tournament, the Arkansas Razorbacks claimed an eight seed facing the nine seed Seton Hall in the Round of 64. If the Razorbacks defeat Seton Hall then they would face another team on this list in the Round of 32, the UNC Tar Heels.

The Razorbacks made it all the way to the SEC Title Game against the Kentucky Wildcats, which likely boosted their stock in the eyes of the Selection Committee. Even though they were defeated by the Wildcats by a double-digit margin, their late season run also helps build confidence entering the Big Dance.

OK State’s victory against the Razorbacks was one of the more dominant the Cowboys had this season. Their 28-point victory against Arkansas came as part of the Big 12/SEC Challenge.
