Oklahoma State offensive lineman Noah McKinney has officially scheduled a visit to Kentucky for November 6–7, per On3’s Jacob Polacheck. The redshirt junior told KSR+ he plans to commit before December. Committing by Decemeber will give him plenty of time to get accustomed to his new setting and be apart of their spring ball season. Especially since the transfer portal condensed down to only one window in January, he'll be well ahead of the game before that deadline comes near.

McKinney’s situation is unique as he’s in the transfer portal but remains on Oklahoma State’s roster through the end of the season. “They’re still paying me to stay and play while letting me hit the portal,” he said. “It gives them a chance to retain me if new coaches come in, and gives me a chance to make my decision early.” This is very respectable for McKinney to do with the majority of college football players most likely sitting out to save their body before transferring but he's holding his end of the deal by playing out his season.

His top five schools include TCU, North Carolina, Kentucky, Virginia, and Oklahoma. McKinney said he’s focused on finding “a place to win” after what has been a disappointing stretch for the Cowboys.

According to Pro Football Focus, McKinney ranks as one of Oklahoma State’s top linemen this season, excelling in pass protection while battling through ankle injuries. The Las Vegas native, and son of former NBA guard Eric Snow, has the versatility and maturity to be a valuable addition for a Power Five offensive line next season.
