The Oklahoma State basketball team takes on the TCU Horned Frogs tonight at 9 p.m. CT, looking to stretch their winning streak to two games.

Head coach Brad Underwood and the Oklahoma State basketball team travels to Fort Worth, TX, tonight to take on the TCU Horned Frogs. The Cowboys have won six of their last seven games, with their only loss coming to the no. 4 Baylor Bears. Meanwhile, before losing to BU as well, the Frogs won three consecutive games, including a very impressive six point victory on the road against the Kansas State Wildcats.

TCU enters tonight’s contest with a 17-8 (6-6 Big 12) record. With an Iowa State loss tonight, the Frogs will tie the Cyclones for fourth place in the Big 12 standings.

Sophomore forward Vladimir Brodziansky is the leader for the Frogs averaging 14.0 points per game, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.4 blocks. Brodziansky registered 20 points and six rebounds in the first meeting between these two teams.

Sophomore guard Kenrich Williams is the other key piece for the Frogs tonight. He also scored 20 points in the first meeting against the Cowboys. However, he also grabbed 12 rebounds to keep the Frogs competitive for most of the game. Yet, Williams has struggled of late, scoring in double figures in only two of the last five games.

The Cowboys defeated the Frogs when the two teams met on Jan. 23 at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater 89-76. While the score looks bad, the game was rather competitive.

Sophomore point guard Jawun Evans and junior forward Jeffrey Carroll are the leading scorers for the Pokes with 18.0 points per game and 17.5 respectively.

Senior shooting guard Phil Forte has been on a hot streak of late. Forte scored in double figures in each of the last five games, including a 18 point effort against the Texas Longhorns in OK State’s last victory.

Freshman guard Lindy Waters III looks to return to the rotation tonight after missing the Texas game and playing limited minutes against Baylor. He will be a valuable commodity to the bench as all depth will be needed for Underwood. Even though the Cowboys enter as two point underdogs, it feels like the Cowboys can extend their winning streak to two games.
